Fridays Are My Favorite

Aren't they everyones? Well, I do have to say that I'm in the 1% of people who love them a Monday as well. I love the clean slate of a Monday. The week is yours to make of it what you will.

I'm on my way over to a client meeting this morning and can't wait to see what comes of this project! More on that soon. After that I'll be hopping off to a little birthday surprise adventure I planned for T. His birthday was last Saturday and we had to have like 12 things scheduled that morning/ early afternoon so I feel like we need a birthday do over for just the two of us to celebrate him!

Quote I'm Obsessed With:

Extra real talk moment here: I'm so guilty of letting fear of failing or not meeting my extremely high expectations turn into waiting and it feels so awful to know that I let precious time pass by. So awful that it makes me sick with worry that I'm failing at life. When I get in these ruts I have to force myself to snap out of it. Another quote I chant to myself when I feel like this is "Only you can make it happen for you." Which can be a ton of pressure, but relieving at the same time. I talk about my split personality as a girl boss here.

Room I'm Obsessed With:

Jennifer from Dimples & Tangles is a fellow Oklahoma blogger/ design extraordinaire! Could you just die over all the goodness? The molding is amazing! See the whole reveal here.

Blog I'm Obsessed With:

Kathleen from Carrie Bradshaw Lied is constantly cracking me up over on snapchat! She has the cutest style too. I mean look at that bag with the pink pom poms. Too cute!

Show I'm Obsessed With:

I was cry laughing and nodding my head at the same time when I stumbled across this yesterday morning. I love James Corden. Carpool Karaoke makes me die laughing every single time and this clip with Cyndi Lauper did not disappoint!

Detail I'm Obsessed With:

If I had a choice I'd choose an antique mirror for above the bathroom sink every time no question. I love the impact it makes and usually if you are a vintage hoarder like I am, then you have at least one or two that you've collected over the years. I currently have three that would do for over a large vanity and two for over a powder room sink. You can never have too many vintage mirrors in my book!

That's all she wrote for the thoughts swirling around in my head this Friday. Man. It feels good to get them out! T and I hope to tackle some more projects this weekend so stay tuned!
